Ingestics + WooCommerce
Create WooCommerce products automatically from API data with the Ingestics WooCommerce connector.
What it does
Map API response fields to WooCommerce products. The connector handles title, price, SKU, stock, description, terms, and gallery images up to 10 images per product. Automatically create new products or update existing ones via SKU matching.
How to configure
- Go to Ingestics → API Providers → Add New (or edit an existing one)
- Select post type: Product
- Configure your API endpoint and authentication
- Map API fields to WooCommerce product fields
- Enable SKU matching to update existing products
- Set up gallery image mapping (up to 10 images)
- Configure publishing rules (draft or publish)
- Save and fetch

SKU matching
When SKU matching is enabled, Ingestics checks if a product with the same SKU already exists. If it does, Ingestics updates the existing product with new data (price, stock, description). If it does not, Ingestics creates a new product.
This is essential for keeping your product catalog synchronized with your supplier’s API. When prices or stock levels change in the source API, Ingestics automatically updates the corresponding WooCommerce products.
