SKU Matching for Existing Products
When the connector imports a product, it checks if a product with the same SKU already exists. If it does, the existing product is updated with the new data rather than creating a duplicate. This makes the connector ideal for syncing product catalogues – prices, stock levels, and descriptions stay current without manual intervention.
Up to 10 Images Per Product
The connector supports mapping up to 10 images per product from the API response. Images are downloaded, added to the WordPress media library, and attached to the product gallery. The first image is automatically set as the product’s main image.
Variable Products
The WooCommerce Connector supports variable products with attributes and variations. API responses containing variation data – such as size, colour, or material options – are mapped to WooCommerce variation structures, including per-variation pricing and stock.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does the connector update existing products or only create new ones?
The connector uses SKU matching to determine whether to create or update. If a product with the same SKU exists, it is updated with the new data from the API. If no matching SKU is found, a new product is created.
